(1) Inclusive Pricing: All rates include fuel, insurance, driver service fees, tolls, parking fees, and driver meal and accommodation expenses.
(2) Foreign Language Driver Surcharge: An additional fee of NT$1,500 per day applies for foreign language drivers.
(3) Overtime Charges: If the service exceeds the scheduled time by more than 15 minutes, it will be charged as an additional full hour.
(4) Reservation Confirmation: A representative will contact you to confirm your booking. If you miss a call or message, please check your messages or call back for confirmation.
(5) Reservation Policy: To secure your booking, please make reservations at least 72 hours in advance.
(6) Changes and Cancellations: Once the vehicle has been dispatched, modifications or cancellations must be made at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled service time.
(7) Force Majeure: Exceptions will be made for typhoons, natural disasters, road blockages, and other uncontrollable circumstances.
(8) Lunar New Year Surcharge: An additional NT$1,500 per trip will be applied during the Lunar New Year holiday period.
